AI-Assisted Content Disclosure

1. How AI is used

CertifiedPracticeTests.com uses AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude Ai and other AI-assisted applications, under expert guidance to help create practice questions, answer options, explanations, learning structures and supporting digital materials. Our products should therefore be understood as AI-assisted educational resources.

Expert guidance is part of our development process. It does not mean that every item has been independently audited, approved by a certification provider or validated by a person holding a particular credential unless the product listing expressly identifies that review and it has actually occurred.

2. Human responsibility and limitations

We select and publish the materials and remain responsible for the products we sell. AI tools can produce incorrect answers, plausible but unsupported explanations, fabricated references, repetitive wording and outdated technical information. Human input can also miss errors. Neither AI assistance nor expert guidance amounts to a guarantee of accuracy or examination success.

Any specific review method, review date, exam-version alignment or reviewer qualification advertised for a product applies only as described. We do not represent AI assistance as endorsement by OpenAI or any certification provider.

3. Privacy and intellectual property

Content drafting and customer-data processing are different activities. This disclosure is not consent to send your purchase details, messages or test results to an AI service. The Privacy Policy explains the actual customer-data practices. Offline files do not become online AI services simply because AI helped create them.

AI generation does not remove third-party intellectual-property rights or authorise copying proprietary question banks. We do not claim ownership of vendor trademarks, public facts or third-party works. Our licence applies to rights we lawfully hold and to the agreed use of the supplied product, subject to mandatory legal exceptions.

4. Corrections

Report suspected errors to support@certifiedpracticetests.com with the product version and question reference. We investigate and correct material issues as appropriate. AI assistance does not limit refund, conformity or other consumer rights.
