1. Rights in the materials

CertifiedPracticeTests.com is operated by balasagar. Our original human-authored text, editing, selection, arrangement, design and code are protected to the extent recognised by applicable law. Other materials may be used under licence. We do not assert exclusive copyright over facts, general ideas, vendor names, third-party works or material that is not legally protectable. The legal treatment of AI-generated elements can differ between countries.

2. What your purchase permits

Unless a product includes a different written licence, purchase gives one learner a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the supplied edition for personal education. You may download and use it on devices you control, maintain reasonable private backup copies, make personal study notes, and print supplied PDFs for your own study.

This permission includes using the knowledge you learn in your work. It does not grant permission to redistribute the underlying paid files or question bank. A perpetual right to keep an acquired edition, where granted, is distinct from a promise of perpetual download hosting or future updates.

3. Uses requiring separate permission

Unless permitted by law or an applicable third-party licence, you may not resell or sublicense the files, publish them on public websites or repositories, share them through groups or common drives, supply paid access to them, or incorporate substantial protected portions into another commercial product.

Classroom, training-centre, employer and multi-user distribution require a separate licence. Do not remove ownership notices to disguise the source, or upload protected product content to public datasets or AI services for redistribution or commercial reuse without permission.

4. Legal exceptions and third-party rights

This licence does not restrict statutory rights that cannot be waived, including applicable fair dealing, fair use, accessibility exceptions or rights under included open-source licences. Third-party notices and licences supplied with a product remain effective. Honest reviews and lawful short quotations are not prohibited merely because they are critical.

5. Complaints and enforcement

For permission requests or suspected infringement, contact support@certifiedpracticetests.com. Identify the work, the disputed location or product, your relationship to the rights holder and a contact method. Provide a good-faith explanation and supporting details. We may request clarification and take proportionate action after review.

A material licence breach may lead to appropriate remedies after notice and an opportunity to correct where practicable; urgent action may be taken for serious misuse. This does not remove a customer’s mandatory consumer rights or prevent a lawful challenge to an allegation.
